The FarmThe farm produces high quality milk with the supply chain certification and according to strict production rules.Our milk which is awarded at the award-winning Dairy Pennar and transformed into products D.O. P. high quality, known worldwide as the fAsiago cheese.On the farm there are also animals for farm use: young cattle, donkeys, rabbits and poultry. The animals are fed with Hay producedwithout the use of chemical fertilizers and with selected raw materials and certified.If you come to visit us, you can fondle our calves, donkeys or goats.
A family traditionAgricultural activities, for family Rigoni, represent a tradition with roots firmly in the past. There are currently eighty lactating cows and about fifty calves both large and small, mostly of Holstein breed.Over the years the stables of Ca's deaf were refurbished in full compliance with health regulations and especially with a focus on animal welfare.Live in close contact with nature, follow the rhythm of the seasons, always learn something new from our work are some of the aspects that make our lives an adventure full of excitement.
