Cows and animals
"our House"

Our farm currently has eighty lactating cows and about fifty calves both large and small, mainly Friesian, as well as numerous rabbits and poultry.

The milk produced by cows is of high quality and is transformed by the nearby Dairy Pennar in many products D.O. P., that enrich our abundant breakfast: yoghurt, butter, cheese and much more. Also our exquisite gelato is made with milk from our cows.

The prized meat of animals "di casa nostra" are the real protagonists of the lunch and dinner menu.
